Who We Are

Stephen A. Negron is President of Legal Tech Texas, a rapid-response provider of computer forensic, security and tech support services.

Stephen is also legally qualified as an expert witness for information technology and litigation support. He has testified in civil, bankruptcy and criminal trials in federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

A graduate of Columbia University, Stephen began his career at Disney/ABC Television Network, where he was responsible for the network’s most critical financial and security systems in a zero-downtime environment. He also wrote and produced technology stories for ABC News, winning an Emmy Award for his work on Good Morning America.

Among his skills, Stephen speaks Spanish, German and Italian. He was also one of the youngest chess masters in the United States at age 13.
